The Manor House Hotel in Dronfield was fully refurbished in 2008 by new owners as a modern ‘Boutique’ hotel. The new owners approached Square one to produce a website for the new hotel.

A strong identity was created to communicate the uniqueness of the hotel. Exceptional attention to detail has been applied throughout the interior design process and it was important that this was evident as soon as potential customers landed on the home page. Whilst the look and feel of the site was paramout it was also imperative that the site generated enquiries. This was achieved by establishing clear paths from the home page to the enquiry form.

The site was built around our content management system to enable staff at the hotel to update the information. In the back end of the site we also included an emarketing system which captured all the data from enquiries and split them into a range of mailing lists. The Manor House can then email details of special offers and events to their customers via the content management system.

The site has been a great success and generates the bulk of the enquiries. The emarketing system enables them to keep customers up to date with all their special events and offers which also generates new business for them.

Subsequently we have been commissioned to produce a range of printed literature and provide on going marketing support.
