NWC are a construction company specialising in exclusive Barn conversion. They had previously used estate agents to market their properties however with their newest development in Hooton Levit they had decided to go it alone.

They approached us to produce a range of marketing and sales literature to launch the development to the public. This included a corporate folder, a mini brochure for each of the individual properties, a website and a series of press advertisements.

The design brief was to capture their ‘modern living in a country environment’ ethos and they also asked us to emphasis their environmentally aware approach to developing the properties. Firstly we commissioned some Illustrations of each of the properties based on architect’s drawings which formed the basis of the literature.

The Client sold there first property within the first few months and bearing in mind the economic climate at the time this was quite an achievement.
