Peak solutions are a local property development company who traditionally worked in the commercial property sector. Square One was approached to produce a range of marketing materials for their first domestic development ‘the Ferns’ in Walkley.

Square One commissioned an Illustration of the Development based on the architects drawings as the site was still in its early stages and this formed the main focus of the front cover. The design concept used the shape of Peak Solutions existing corporate identity which also played on the roof shape of the development. The inside contained a lot of detail and as such needed to be clear and easy to use whilst maintaining the corporate style.

In addition to the brochure we produced a serried of press advertisements and advertising hoardings for the building.
